About Corto-Quinol Ointment
Hydrocortisone+Quiniodochlor is used in the treatment of skin infections. Hydrocortisone is anti-inflammatory medicine (glucocorticoid). It suppresses the action of inflammation (redness and swelling) causing products (prostaglandins and leukotrienes), thus reducing inflammation. It also reduces inflammation by decreasing the action of the immune system (lymphatic system). Quiniodochlor is an antimicrobial (hydroxyquinolones). It kills the microorganisms that cause skin infection.

Directions for Use

Drug Warnings
- Avoid getting it in the eyes, mouth or nose. Rinse with cold water if you accidentally get it in these areas.
- Do not cover the area being treated with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by a doctor, as this may increase the risk of side effects.
