About Doran-O Tablet
Ondansetron + Omeprazole is a combination of two medicines: Ondansetron and Omeprazole. Ondansetron is an antiemetic (anti-nausea medicine). It inhibits the action of serotonin, a chemical messenger that can trigger nausea and vomiting. Omeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
Uses of Doran-O Tablet
Ondansetron+Omeprazole is used in the treatment of nausea and vomiting.

Directions for Use
- Take it one hour before meal, preferably in the morning.
- It is fast-acting and starts working within 30 minutes.
- If you vomit within one hour of taking a dose, take another dose.
- Avoid heavy meals and sip water regularly while taking this medicine.

Diarrhea, Stomach pain, Constipation, Flatulence, Headache, Flushing of skin, Fatigue

ALCOHOL

One should avoid consuming alcohol while taking Ondansetron + Omeprazole as this medicine can interact with alcohol and may worsen the side effects.
PREGNANCY
Ondansetron + Omeprazole is not allowed to use in pregnancy as this medicine can seriously affect the fetus or unborn baby.
BREAST FEEDING
Ondansetron + Omeprazole can pass into breast milk so a lactating mother should tell their doctor before taking this medicine.
DRIVING
Ondansetron + Omeprazole may cause lightheadedness in the body, so a person taking Ondansetron + Omeprazole should avoid driving or operating any heavy machinery or tasks that require mental alertness.
