Escitalopram Oxalate + L-Methyl Folate is a combination of two medicines: escitalopram and L-Methyl folate which have mood-enhancing and anxiety-lowering effects. Escitalopram is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that increases the levels of serotonin, a chemical messenger that improves mood. Escitalopram Oxalate+L-Methyl Folate is used in the treatment of depression and anxiety disorder.
