About Nebazine Powder

NEOMYCIN+BACITRACIN+SULFACETAMIDE belongs to a combination of medicines called antibiotics primarily used in the treatment of various bacterial infections of the skin associated with wounds, cuts, ulcers, burns and umbilical cord dressing. Bacterial infection is a condition in which harmful bacteria grows in the body and cause infection. It can infect any part of the body and multiply very quickly. NEOMYCIN+BACITRACIN+SULFACETAMIDE does not work against infections caused by virus and fungus.

NEOMYCIN+BACITRACIN+SULFACETAMIDE is a combination of three antibiotics, namely:  Neomycin, Bacitracin and Sulfacetamide. Neomycin works by inhibiting the production of essential proteins that are necessary for bacteria to grow, multiply and increase in numbers, thereby preventing the growth of bacteria. Bacitracin works by inhibiting the formation of bacterial cell walls that are essential for their survival as they prevent the entry of unwanted substances into the cells and stops the leakage of cell contents. Sulfacetamide works by preventing the production of folic acid (a nutrient) by bacteria that is essential for multiplication of bacteria. Thereby, NEOMYCIN+BACITRACIN+SULFACETAMIDE kills bacteria and clears the infection.

Directions for Use

Use NEOMYCIN+BACITRACIN+SULFACETAMIDE as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before using NEOMYCIN+BACITRACIN+SULFACETAMIDE. Apply small amount of powder on the clean and dry affected area. NEOMYCIN+BACITRACIN+SULFACETAMIDE is only for external use. Avoid contact of NEOMYCIN+BACITRACIN+SULFACETAMIDE with eyes, mouth or nose. In case of accidental contact, rinse with plenty of water immediately.
