Ambroxol + Levocetirizine + Paracetamol + Phenylephrine is a combination of three medicines: Ambroxol, Levocetirizine, Paracetamol and Phenylephrine, which relieves common cold symptoms. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.

Ambroxol + Levocetirizine + Paracetamol + Phenylephrine is a combination of three medicines: Ambroxol, Levocetirizine, Paracetamol and Phenylephrine, which relieves common cold symptoms. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Levocetirizine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

Drug Warnings

• Take exactly as directed by your doctor or on the label. Do not increase the dosage or take for longer than is recommended.

• Along with taking Ambroxol + Levocetirizine + Paracetamol + Phenylephrine do the following simple tips at home to get relief:

  1. Steam inhalation.
  2. Gargling with warm saltwater.
  3. Apply vapor rubs on chest, back if needed. Take enough rest.
  4. Take warm food and fluid only. Ensure adequate fluid intake.
  5. e) Advise hygiene measures to reduce spread: frequent hand-washing, avoiding sharing towels, pillowcases, etc.
