About Maczo 90mg/100mg/48mg Tablet

BROMELAIN+RUTOSIDE+TRYPSIN CHYMOTRYPSIN is a combination medication that belongs to a class of drugs called 'analgesic' used to relieve musculoskeletal pain in the conditions of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It may also provide relief from acute (short-term) pain such as toothache, ear pain, throat pain, muscle ache, and backache. Pain is caused by damage to the tissues of the muscle, bone, or other organs for a short time (acute) or long time (chronic).  

BROMELAIN+RUTOSIDE+TRYPSIN CHYMOTRYPSIN contains Rutoside, Trypsin-chymotrypsin and Bromelain. Trypsin-chymotrypsin and Bromelain are enzymes that have antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. They reduce pain, swelling, and inflammation by increasing the blood supply to the affected area. Rutoside is an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. It prevents further swelling and inflammation by neutralizing the chemicals (free radicals) that cause cell damage.

BROMELAIN+RUTOSIDE+TRYPSIN CHYMOTRYPSIN contains Rutoside, Trypsin-chymotrypsin and Bromelain. Trypsin-chymotrypsin and Bromelain are enzymes that have antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. They reduce pain, swelling, and inflammation by increasing the blood supply to the affected area. Rutoside is an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. Directions for Use

Use BROMELAIN+RUTOSIDE+TRYPSIN CHYMOTRYPSIN as prescribed by your doctor. Take BROMELAIN+RUTOSIDE+TRYPSIN CHYMOTRYPSIN with or without food and swallow whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew or break it.

Drug Warnings

If you are allergic to BROMELAIN+RUTOSIDE+TRYPSIN CHYMOTRYPSIN or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. People allergic to pineapple, carrot, papain, fennel, and pollen should avoid the intake of BROMELAIN+RUTOSIDE+TRYPSIN CHYMOTRYPSIN. BROMELAIN+RUTOSIDE+TRYPSIN CHYMOTRYPSIN is not recommended for pregnant women as it contains Bromelain, which may cause miscarriage, so if you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy, let your doctor know about this. If you are about to undergo any surgery, inform your doctor that you are taking BROMELAIN+RUTOSIDE+TRYPSIN CHYMOTRYPSIN. It should be stopped a minimum of 2 weeks before surgery as BROMELAIN+RUTOSIDE+TRYPSIN CHYMOTRYPSIN may increase the risk of bleeding during and after surgery. If you have blood pressure problems, clotting or bleeding problems, infection, hematuria (blood in urine), hematemesis (vomiting blood), kidney or liver disorders, inform your doctor before taking BROMELAIN+RUTOSIDE+TRYPSIN CHYMOTRYPSIN.

Drug-Drug Interaction:

BROMELAIN+RUTOSIDE+TRYPSIN CHYMOTRYPSIN may have interaction with pain killers (aspirin, diclofenac, ibuprofen, naproxen), blood thinners (warfarin, clopidogrel, dalteparin, enoxaparin, heparin), antibiotics (amoxicillin, demeclocycline, minocycline, tetracycline), drugs used to dissolve blood clots (alteplase, reteplase, streptokinase), high blood pressure-lowering medicines (captopril, enalapril, fosinopril, lisinopril).

Drug-Disease Interaction:

 If you have blood pressure problems, clotting or bleeding problems, infection, hematuria (blood in urine), hematemesis (vomiting blood), kidney or liver disorders, inform your doctor before taking BROMELAIN+RUTOSIDE+TRYPSIN CHYMOTRYPSIN.
