About Tixy Soft 10 mg/100 mg Capsule
Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Guaifenesin is a combination of two medicines: Dextromethorphan and guaifenesin which relieve dry cough. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of the cough center in the brain. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that decreases the stickiness of mucus (phlegm) and helps in its removal from the airways. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide+Guaifenesin is used in the treatment of dry cough.
