I am under 40, have had a high heart rate since teens that I am medicated for. No changes in meds for years. My medicated hear rate has been in the 80s (120 and up without) but I am suddenly running in the 60s to even 50s without meds. What could cause this? I have changed my diet and exercise recently but only a couple weeks so I'm sure that isn't the cause.
